Description:
Sera's pose, gracefully reclining, yet not fully relaxed, provokes such sensuality. She's clearly aware of her extreme beauty and flaunts it to perfection on those, oh so erotic, silky crimson covers. A simple discreetly slightly raised leg shows a degree of modesty and prudence. Her pearl jewellery is the perfect embellishment to complement her physique: A lustrous toned body. She's simply exquisite.
In selection of this pose for Sera, her physique has been exploited to the maximum extent possible and all aspects of her body language have been adjusted specifically to tease the imagination of the viewer. Indirect lighting has been used to reduce contrast, though deep shadows have been created to enhance mood and atmosphere, emphasised by the lustrously folded covers on the chair. The background has been left plain and the floor minimised to create further dimension.
Oil paint has been used throughout, on a stretched canvas, in a single coat and all wet on wet, mixing on the canvas to create seamless blending effects and the very fine detail.
