To make a purchase:
Should you wish to purchase an original artwork or fine art print, please contact me either
by
e mail
or
telephone, giving the following
information:
- Title of the artwork / s required.
- Contact
e-mail address and telephone number.
- Delivery address.
- Preferred payment method.
- Size required, when ordering prints.
Please note that all payments should be in £ Sterling, though please contact me should payment in an alternative currency be required. My preferred payment method is via bank transfer, cheque, PAYPAL and VISA / MASTERCARD, in that order. Cash may also be acceptable for personal collections only. However, I'm pretty flexible and will try to be as accommodating as possible to suit your preferences...
I will then
reserve the artwork/s for you until payment is received, following which I will despatch the artwork / s within five working days of payment receipt and I will notify you of dispatch along with the courier's tracking details and an expected date of delivery. However, it's always best to check with beforehand as I do travel quite a lot so occasionally sales of signed prints have to wait until I return to my Art Office as I don't keep large stocks.The delivery cost of original artwork and prints is as per the table below, via the UK's Parcel Force for originals and via the UK's Royal Mail postal service for prints.

A special discount structure may be applied for large orders, and for returning collectors who regularly purchase my fine art. Details are available on application.
Packing is professional, extremely protective, secure and to the highest standard. I've not lost one yet!
Framed paintings, pastels and oil sketches / studies are shipped flat. If you prefer to arrange your own frame to better suit your personal taste, please let me know and I will discount the cost of the frame and in addition, a postal discount may also be possible.
Original unframed paintings are usually shipped flat and stretched, on their wooden frames, or when specifically requested can be removed from the frame and rolled in tubular containers for which a postal discount may also be possible.
Prints are shipped rolled in tubular containers.
All artwork is insured against loss or damage.
Gift vouchers are also available at any value, should you wish to give one as a present. They can be redeemed against partial or full payment, with any balance being payable either way.
Restrictions may apply to certain countries which are beyond my control and will be verified at the time of order or upon request.
Artwork may be paid for by installment if required, with the artwork being reserved for the customer and stored throughout the payment duration and dispatched immediately upon receipt of the final payment.
The preferred payment method is by personal cheque or bank transfer to my HSBC account, for which I will send you the details. Payment via VISA and Mastercard credit cards are acceptable, for which orders may be processed via e mail and / or the telephone. I then process the card withdrawal via the HSBC's secure website. PayPal may also be used for money transfer, for which you should use my e mail address: inquiries@ryoung-art.co.uk and include the name of the desired painting in the message, as well as your physical postal address. Or let me know your details and I'll send you a PayPal invoice. And I naturally accept cash...
