Description:
Produced in cooperation with Marty Sohl and Drew Jacoby (Thanks Marty & Drew).
American ballerina Drew Jacoby of the USA's Lines Ballet is a perfect example of modern, contemporary ballet in The Passion of Dance.
Both the ballerina and the background are painted entirely with a knife. A high level of contrast is provided and the colours made extremely rich, bold and lustrous, thus creating a very contemporary feel overall.
It's a very large, very dramatic, emotive, moody and atmospheric figurative ballet painting that would not look out of place as a feature in a lounge, study, office, music room, conservatory, bedroom, hall, landing or similar room and be a focal point to be proud of.
Contact myself for more information about this beautiful work of art, or if you would like to purchase a print. Obviously, the quality of the original painting and prints is much better than displayed here, though if you wish to make a closer inspection, please let me know of any specific area you're interested in and I'll e mail a higher resolution image to you.
Please also see the below images of a few framed prints sent to me by customers and a superb laser etched black granite slab manufactured by Picture This On Granite that's available should you be interested in purchasing it, though it is extremely high quality and obviously quite expensive. Please excuse the image quality though as they're camera photo's.
