SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Goods will generally be dispatched within three working days of payment receipt and Buyer will be simultaneously notified of dispatch along with the courier’s tracking details and an expected date of delivery. However, ltd edition hand embellished prints are made to order for which the creation process can take up to 7 working days and Buyer will be duly informed at the time of order. All risks remain with R Young Art Gallery and its agents until Goods are delivered.

Notwithstanding the above, R Young Art will accept no responsibility in respect of non-delivery of Goods, unless Buyer notifies R Young Art and the relevant carrier within seven days of the expected delivery time advised in the notice of dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

We put a lot of effort into ensuring all our products are up to a high standard and we hope you are delighted with your order. However If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@ryoung-art.com

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase to us receiving the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Items will be refunded providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Please return the item in the original packaging to the following address:

Please send the parcel via a signed for service and keep receipt for proof of postage  - we do not refund the cost of the return delivery.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and  your refund will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Unfortunately, shipping costs and/or import duties are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we would advise customers to contact us on info@ryoung-art.com as soon as possible.
