Well, our year long public art collaboration with Wokingham Town Council came to fruition this week with the unveiling of three huge feature works of art in Erfstadt Court.
Our scope of work was technical consultant throughout the process, along with scanning of the original artwork and reproduction of the artwork on metal panels.
The Town Council commissioned local artist Calina Lefter to create thee 100cm x 100 cm works of art depicting the links between Wokingham and Erfstadt early in 2022. Upon completion in November, we scanned the original paintings at an extremely high resolution so that we could produce metal prints at publishing quality 300dpi that are 240cm x 240cm, with a vandal and UV resistant coating.
Present at the ceremony and pictured below was the Mayor Cllr Maria Gee, the Chair of the Arts and Culture Committee Sally Gurney, the Deputy Mayor Beth Rowland, the Artist Calina Lefter and myself.
