SHIPPING & RETURNS
Each item is thoroughly inspected by us before it leaves and is expertly packed. We use professional couriers to ensure all artworks purchased from us are fully insured during transportation. Delivery costs vary depending on the size of your chosen artwork and the destination, and the costs of shipping will be visible to you during checkout in our website. Once we have received payment we will carefully and securely wrap your artwork and arrange delivery.
All shipments are fully tracked. We provide customers with door-to-door tracking information as soon as the artwork has been dispatched to ensure peace of mind.
All in stock artwork will be dispatched within 2 working days of cleared funds either by Royal Mail (for small artwork) or Parcelforce 48 (for large artwork).
Made to order pieces will be on a 1–2 week lead time. We will be in touch when we receive the order to confirm the expected delivery date.
Local Area Delivery (within 8 km Radius of Wokingham centre) is free of charge.
UK delivery within the UK is free for any artwork over £250.
If you need it quicker for a special occasion, please do message as will do our best to get it to you in time.
Each item is thoroughly inspected by us before it leaves and is expertly packed. We use approved international couriers only - Parcelforce for shipments to Europe, DHL for shipments elsewhere in the world.
All international delivery excludes import tax and charges (customs fees).
Please note that your delivery may be liable to import duties and taxes. These charges where applicable, are payable by you, the customer, when the shipment reaches the country of destination. We therefore advise you to contact your local customs office before you order your artwork so that you can determine what the charges will be.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be absolutely happy with your artwork, so we offer a 7 day return policy for you to take a look at the artwork in your home and make sure you're comfortable with it. If for any reason you decide it's not for you, please email us at email@example.com and we'll arrange for a refund or exchange.
If you receive your order through courier in a damaged packaging, please take photos of the packaging before you open your parcel and send them to us for our use. Should you find the artwork to be damaged, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible.
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that the artwork is in the same condition as when you first bought it, in its original packaging, and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any artwork is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase to us receiving the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are local to the area (within 8 km of Wokingham centre) we will either come and collect the artwork free of charge or you can drop the artwork at our gallery at the below address:

If you wish to send us the artwork through a courier, please send the packaged parcel via a signed for service and keep receipt for proof of postage. We do not refund the cost of the return delivery.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment.
Unfortunately, shipping costs and/or import duties are non-refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us.
