Before You Order

Please carefully read the additional information sections below and if in doubt, contact us to discuss your requirements.

The size listed is the media size.

If you are able, size the digital image to the exact size required in mm.

Ensure that the digital image size required fits within the media size on both dimensions.

If an intermediate size is required, select the larger size.

If the image is not sized, the image will be printed as large as possible within the media size without cropping.

If the image is not sized and a specific image size is required, contact us to let us know.

• The panels are manufactured in the USA to create the highest quality, most luxurious, vibrant and durable print medium in the world.
• They are printed using a dye-sublimation process infused into a polymer coating and are scratch, abrasion, water, fire, chemical, fade resistant and lightweight.
• A high gloss finish is supplied as standard though a matt finish is also available. Contact us if this is required.

• Laminated prints have a gloss finish and are scratch, abrasion, water, chemical and fade resistant.
• Unlaminated prints are suitable for indoor locations and have a matt finish.
• Both are extremely strong and durable.

• All metal prints are borderless. If the image has a different aspect ratio from the media, the media will be cut to the media size.
• A 3mm bleed is required, which means that up to 3mm of the image is lost from the edges when printing. If this cannot be tolerated, the image must be extended by 3mm. We are able to do this upon request.
• A 5mm radius corner is provided as standard for safety reasons. Let us know if a square corner is preferred.

• All metal prints are supplied with a rear sub frame, ready to hang, for a minimalist, modern appearance. This gives the appearance that the print is floating away from the wall.
• Ideal for all high end indoor and outdoor locations such as homes, corporate, commercial, hotels, restaurants, schools, healthcare, public spaces, swimming pools, terraces, patios, BBQ areas and more.

The higher the image resolution you provide us with, the better.

Industry standard publishing quality is 300dpi, which is ideal, though we recommend a minimum of 72dpi.

We upscale all images to 300dpi before printing to preserve the existing image definition, but we cannot create new definition that is not in the original image we receive.

We print all images exactly as received and match each print as closely as possible to the image as displayed on our computer screen.

We are able to provide A4 proofs on paper upon request and this is recommended if colour, tone and contrast are particularly critical.

We are able to edit images to crop, extend into a bleed or border, remove blemishes and make colour / brightness / contrast changes upon request and at a nominal charge.

An aluminium 'floating' frame is available in black, white or silver aluminium, for a more sophisticated appearance. Wooden frames are also available.
