Andrew Chambers
ICM Photographer
Andrew is a retired jeweller of 50 years working at the bench, he has made many interesting pieces including the restoration of the Crown Jewels. He was also honoured to be made a Freeman of London. Now retired, he lives in Berkshire where he walks through the local countryside, through forest and lakes.
Taking inspiration from the local area, his first images were traditional standard
sharp focus pictures. He then discovered ICM (Intentional Camera Movement) photography and began experimenting with this style.
ICM or Intentional Camera Movement is a creative way of working with long exposure camera work, it is a technique that expresses the atmosphere and emotion of the artwork.
