Working in many layers to create her work she utilises various techniques to create interest on the surface. Marking with wax and pencil, knives to scrape and scratch the surface and to apply thicker lines of paint towards the end.
 
Drawing inspiration from nature and landscapes she encounters on walks around the Cotswolds or as far as Devon. She paints intuitively from memory as opposed to photographs. Bringing her own experiences and recollections into each work.
 
Her works are bright and beautiful and without a doubt will touch on many of our own experiences when exploring England’s countryside.
